Q: Are you bonded and insured?
A: Yes, we are fully bonded and insured in Massachusetts.
Q: How do I pay for services?
A: All payment terms are due upon completion the day of the job. Payment terms are for all jobs to include but not limited to these types of jobs. They could be one-time, on-going home cleaning, disinfecting, organizing, home repairs services, trash removal or help stop the spread of Covid-19 cleaning/disinfecting. At the end of the services provided you will receive an invoice. It will be provided electronically by text or email. We accept Zelle, PayPal or Credit Card payments which we take over the phone. Unless other arrangements are made. You can also make a payment on our website with PayPal. Office cleaning is invoiced monthly.
Q: How do you determine your rates for office and commercial cleaning?
A: The cost to clean your office or commercial space is based on the amount of time we spend cleaning. Rates for ongoing office and commercial cleaning services or (initial cleaning, one-time cleaning, construction clean-up) are calculated based on time and products needed to get the job done. If you give us a call and set up a time for us to swing by, we can more accurately give you an estimate.
Q: How do you determine your rates for COVID-19 cleaning/disinfecting?
A: To continue our work as "second responders", the cost to help contain the spread of COVID-19, cleaning/disinfecting is based on our minimum predetermined charges and time ranges. Our "Help Eradicate COVID-19" cleaning/disinfecting rate is based on an hourly rate per hour / per team member + a supply charge.
"The time we spend on the job site is figured out like this. For example, if two (3) people are Covid-19 cleaning/disinfecting for 18hrs at your location, they would be there 6 hrs. (6 x 3 = 18hrs)". If you give us a call, however, we can give you an idea of how long Our "Help Eradicate COVID-19" cleaning/disinfecting may take.
If we are going to go over the estimated time, we will contact you for approval.
Q: Do team members speak English?

Q: Who will clean my commercial space or office space?
A: A team leader is assigned to each project. In addition to participating in the cleaning, the leader manages the other cleaners assigned to the space. The number of cleaners and time spent vary on project size and details.
Q: Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
A: A: Yes, we certainly do! You are valued customer and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied every time we visit. If the quality of work performed and paid for, is not satisfactory, contact us within 2 hours and we will remedy the situation. Q: Can I get an estimate for service over the phone for commercial or office cleaning?
A: We can give a great estimate over the phone, but it’s free for a Worcester Cleaning professional to come out, visit the office or commercial space, and give you an accurate price—so you might as well! We like to get a better idea of the scope of the project ahead of time, and this allows us to staff accordingly and price accurately.
