I’ve always gotten my rental deposit back from any number of rentals in the past, but it sure is shocking to see what happens when that deposit does not get returned—and obviously not even expected to be returned!
And in this case it’s for a very good reason.
Shocking is one word regular, non-cleaner type people might use, and bewilderment also works. But you know what? In this case, the answer was, A LOT. As you can see, that was no exaggeration.
7 tons of trash, waste, junk, broken this, mildewed that… etc. All out of a small, (800 sq. ft.) 2 bedroom apartment with a short hallway, tiny bathroom, minimal kitchen and a small living room.
